"The Art of Food," the Twelfth Epicurean Food & Wine Auction Gala Dinner

The Washington area’s top female chefs will create colorful, artistically-designed cuisine, in honor of the "ColorField.remix" celebration taking place throughout the city this Spring.

Les Dames d'Escoffier is a non-profit organization comprised of professional women of high achievement in the culinary world. Members of Les Dames d’Escoffier will present culinary interpretations of Color Field painting, a visual art movement that put Washington, DC on the art world map, characterized by stripes, washes and fields of solid color. Les Dames d’Escoffier joins more than 30 Washington area museums, galleries, arts organizations and businesses in participating in "ColorField.remix," the largest celebration of painting ever held in the Washington area.
