FREE: To visit the Bureau: M-F General public 9-10:45 am and 12:30-2:00 pm. Groups 11am-12:15pm (reservation required). Tickets are needed: Apr.-Aug. Ticket Booth (located on 15th St.) opens at 8am, most days tickets gone by 9am. Line up early for first-come, first-served free same day tickets. Evening tours Apr-Aug. 5-7pm every 15 minutes. Tours last approximately 30 minutes.
