What We Do
At A Vista we specialize in event design and production. Our creative team of designers, artists, carpenters and artisans create extraordinary environments for special events. We constantly rise to the challenge of discovering new and exciting ways to translate the needs of every client. Our event producers work diligently to expand on your personal vision, taking you from the initial conception through to the final implementation. With extensive knowledge of local venues and vendors we can lead you confidently through the entire process.
How We Do It
Following the initial meeting with your designated event producer you will be presented with a written proposal outlining all elements of your project. Floor-plans and color visuals can be provided if necessary so that no detail is overlooked. Upon acceptance of the proposal and budget we will begin the process of assembling all the components ready for the actual day of installation. Our crew will deliver everything to your chosen venue and, under the supervision of the event producer, will install everything in a timely fashion. Once the event is over we will return to dismantle and remove all décor.
