BILL OF RIGHTS: It is the responsibility of Destination DC to:
- Provide benefits to Destination DC members.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with informing Destination DC clients, members and staff of your services.
- Host educational and networking events geared towards maximizing your membership.
- Attend tradeshows and other industry events on behalf of Destination DC members.
- Forward applicable sales leads and/or tradeshow reports from Convention Sales & Services and the Tourism & Visitor Services Departments.
It is the responsibility of the member to: - Utilize the benefits provided by Destination DC.
- Establish a relationship with your account manager on Destination DC staff.
- Respond to all Destination DC staff questions and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Receive and respond to applicable leads and/or tradeshow reports from Convention Sales & Services and the Tourism & Visitor Services Departments.
- Actively market your business through member-to-member promotions.
- Participate in various meetings and networking events pertaining to tourism in the DC area.
- Access and manage your membership profile via the Member Extranet at members.destinationdc.com
- Participate in annual member surveys and provide suggestions, ideas and concerns regarding your experience as a Destination DC member.
Your membership is for one full year from the date on which you join. Unless notified in writing, membership renewal is automatically assumed by the WCTC at the time of billing.
