DC Hotels Offer Inspiring Themed Packages this Fall and Winter

Be a Weekend Warrior
As the blockbuster exhibition, Terra Cotta Warriors: Guardians of China’s First Emperor, makes its final U.S. stop at the National Geographic Museum in DC, city hotels are offering themed packages through Destination DC’s “Weekend Warriors” promotion. Travelers who book two-night hotel packages at Washington.org enjoy exclusive access to any-day, any-time tickets to see the exhibition, tips for tackling DC’s powerful lineup of fall and winter events, plus complimentary breakfast for two or valet parking. Stays must be Friday – Sunday or Saturday – Monday. Best-selling author Dan Brown casts a light on DC’s power and intrigue in his newest thriller, “The Lost Symbol.” And DC hotels are capitalizing on the book’s popularity by offering themed hotel packages. Participating hotels include all of DC’s Kimpton properties, the Ritz-Carlton Georgetown and The Dupont Hotel, which is featuring an uber-luxe “Ultimate Lost Symbol” package priced at $5,999. It features luxury amenities including a private airport transfer, a new Samsung digital camera, two Burberry scarves, and more.
