Destination DC Announces Travel Professionals Month, Aug. 1-31
(Washington, DC) … Destination DC, the official tourism and marketing office for the nation’s capital, has announced a special promotion exclusively for travel professionals. As a way to thank all those employed by the travel industry for making Washington, DC a top US destination, Destination DC has partnered with 17 hotels to offer very special rates during the month of August 2013. Additionally Washington, DC VIP discounts will be offered at over 40 participating attractions, live theaters, restaurants, retailers and tour companies. To take advantage of special rates, travel professionals can visit http://washington.org/travel-professionals-month and complete the online form.

Visitors can use their Washington, DC VIP pass to save 10-25% at over 40 select outlets including restaurants, theatres, attractions, retailers and more. To activate these discounts, visitors must present their hotel room key and a copy of the Washington, DC VIP pass that can either be printed from Washington.org or displayed on a smart phone or tablet.
