FINE DINING PAVILION BRINGS WHITE TABLECLOTH ELEGANCE TO ELEVENTH ANNUAL TASTE OF DC

WASHINGTON, DC-- This Columbus Day weekend, diners can reserve one of the hottest tables in town and sample the works of some of the city's top culinary talents at the Eleventh Annual TASTE OF DC's new Fine Dining Pavilion.

The Fine Dining Pavilion will offer festival patrons an exclusive opportunity to sample a signature dish of a noted chef after watching him in action. Nine award-winning chefs-including 2002 Capital Restaurant & Hospitality Awards Chef of the Year, Michel Richard of Michel Richard Citronelle-will lend their talents to this celebration of fine dining in the District. Other participating restaurants and chefs include:

Three ticketed, timed seatings will be offered each day of the festival at 12:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m., with attendance limited to 80 per session. Tickets to the Fine Dining Pavilion will include a reserved dining time, a serving of the featured dish, and a beverage for $15.

The eleventh annual TASTE OF DC: A Salute to Our City will take place Columbus Day weekend, October 12-14, 2002, on historic Pennsylvania Avenue, between 7th and 14th Streets.
