Gallery Talk: Live Dangerously

November 27, 2019
From: 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM

Float away this lunch break.

Express lunchtime talks—30 minutes or fewer—are offered most Wednesdays. Facilitated by museum staff members, these conversation-driven thematic talks highlight three to six works on view.

This week, NMWA Director of Education and Interpretation Deborah Gaston discusses a sampling of works in Live Dangerously

ABOUT THE EXHIBITION:

Live Dangerously features fierce, dreamy, and witty images of the female figure integrated into Earth’s terrain. Photographs by 12 artists depict women claiming their natural environments, illuminating the planet’s surface as a stage for human drama.
