Sustainably-minded, FishScale’s chalkboard menu rotates between seasonally available wild-caught fish, such as Rockfish, Speckled Sea Trout, Alaskan Salmon, and Mahi-Mahi to name a few. FishScale is an organic farm to table and ocean to table scratch made restaurant that prioritizes healthy eating without compromising deliciousness.
