At the crown of the building at Riggs Washington DC, sits 2,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor space with an impressive roof enclosure.

The space features a walk-out 1,500 square feet terrace with breathtaking views of the city. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows enclose the Rooftop with flexible sliding wall partitions allowing for an increase or decrease of your meeting size and setup.

Guests may take a private elevator to the Roof and be greeted immediately in the welcome foyer that separates both the North and South Atrium. This venue may also be utilized for private event buyouts that can accommodate up to 130 seated or 230 reception, and customized catering by Executive Chef, Patrick Curran.
