Anualmente, a AEF oferece uma bolsa de estudos de US$ 2,500 para cada uma das seis Academias de Hospitalidade e Turismo e Artes Culinárias de Washington, DC, bem como para ex-alunos da Academia atualmente matriculados no ensino superior para continuar seus estudos. Os prêmios são baseados em uma sólida formação acadêmica, ensaios, cartas de recomendação e interesse em uma carreira em hospitalidade.
