National Museum of Women in the Arts
“Pathmakers” Date Day: Free Admission to See Amazing Artworks

The first Sunday of every month is a Community Day at NMWA, with free admission to the public. Take this opportunity to explore "Pathmakers: Women in Art, Craft, and Design, Midcentury and Today" as well as the museum’s collection. During Community Day, enjoy special screenings of "Throwing Curves—Eva Zeisel" (2002, 60 min.). Director/producer Jyll Johnstone explores the life and art of one of the most famous industrial designers of the 20th century. Zeisel’s prolific career spanned more than 80 years, and her highly collectable works helped change the face of modern design.
