GETTING HERE

Nationals Park is located in Southeast Washington along the Anacostia River bounded by South Capitol Street to the west, N Street to the north, First Street to the east and Potomac Avenue to the south (1500 South Capitol Street, SE Washington, DC 20003).

Metro
It's the way to go to the ballgame. Take the Green Line to the Navy Yard station. The Navy Yard station is just a half a block away and will accommodate 24,000 passengers an hour. Plus, Metro has over 57,000 parking spaces at their Park and Ride lots. To get free personalized routing click here.

WHAT’S ON THE MENU

For more dining options nearby, head to Barracks Row, or 8th Street SE, for an eclectic lineup of hip restaurants and happening bars.

Shake Shack is now open at the Miller Lite Scoreboard Walk, one of the hottest destinations in professional sports. The new restaurant row features celebrity chef Danny Meyer’s signature eateries Blue Smoke, Shake Shack, El Verano Taqueria and Box Frites. $5 happy hour beer specials are available 2 ½ hours prior to the scheduled first pitch at the Miller Lite Scoreboard Walk Bar for ALL remaining home games of the 2011 season.

More dining options abound on Capitol Hill, where you can sample JFK’s favorite roast beef sandwich at The Monocle or taste interesting wines by the half-glass at Sonoma. Eat at the Red Porch Restaurant. You can experience the sights and sounds of the Center Field Plaza as well as the playing field while you enjoy a delicious meal. The menu offers everything from creative salads to a variety of wings and you can wash it down with a wide selection of American microbrews that will get you ready for game time.

See the statues of Washington’s Baseball Greats. You don’t want to miss the bronze statues of Walter Johnson, Josh Gibson and Frank Howard when you enter through the Center Field Gate. These players paved the way for baseball in Washington and they’re now immortalized at Washington’s newest monument—Nationals Park.

Watch MASN’s pre- and post-game show. Get the latest news out of Nats Park as Johnny Holliday and Ray Knight host the pre- and post-game shows live from the Center Field Plaza.

Get a photo with the GEICO Racing Presidents. George, Tom, Abe and Teddy all have a seven-foot stationary Bobblehead waiting for you. Get your photo with the GEICO Racing Presidents Bobbleheads or see them in-person after the GEICO Presidents Race in the Nats Family Fun Area.

Eat to your heart’s content. The Nats have partnered with world-renowned restaurateur Danny Meyer and his Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG) to bring Nationals fans a winning array of culinary offerings at the Miller Lite Scoreboard Walk: Blue Smoke, Shake Shack, El Verano Taquería and Box Frites.

Take your friends to the Red Loft Bar. Don’t miss the action at DC’s hottest outdoor bar! At the Red Loft, you will have a great view of the game and the city along with an amazing party atmosphere.

Run the bases like Ryan Zimmerman. Every Sunday is Family Fun Day with Signature Sundays and Kids Run the Bases. Get autographs from your favorite Nationals players before the game and kids ages 4-12 can run the bases after the final out.
