Celebrate Our First Birthday – Chef's Menu

To mark Fish Shop DC’s first birthday and our Scottish sister restaurant Fish Shop Ballater’s third birthday, we present a twin anniversary menu celebrating signature dishes from both restaurants. The menu bridges both sides of the Atlantic, with ingredients adapted by location while maintaining shared techniques and spirit.

FIRST COURSE
Smoke in Chimneys trout ceviche with rhubarb, Asian pears and coriander

SECOND COURSE
Maryland lobster tagliatelle with chilli, garlic and chervil

THIRD COURSE
Grilled whole fish with dashi beurre blanc and trout roe

DESSERT
Candied peanut tiramisu
