Sakura Bunkasai: Live Bluefin Tuna Carving with Chef Saran Kannasute
Join us at KYOJIN for Sakura Bunkasai, an evening inspired by cherry blossom season celebrating the art of bluefin tuna carving.
This experience features a live Bluefin Tuna carving by Chef Saran Kannasute, accompanied by an array of chef-curated passing bites served throughout the evening. This is a standing cocktail and tasting reception, allowing guests to move freely throughout our space while enjoying a variety of seasonal dishes highlighting bluefin tuna and other premium ingredients.
Guests are encouraged to wear pink, cherry blossom inspired, or elegant Japanese-influenced attire.
