Alonzo Bodden

Alonzo Bodden brings a sharp, quick-thinking perspective to stand-up, finding humor in everyday absurdities as well as the weightier questions behind the headlines. He won the third season of NBC’s Last Comic Standing and is a regular panelist on NPR’s Wait Wait… Don’t Tell Me! His specials include Heavy Lightweight, which balances topical material with lighter observations, and Historically Incorrect. Bodden’s lively, improvisational approach gives his comedy room to move between a pointed observation and an unexpected laugh.
