Buffalo Traffic Jam with Jack Van Cleaf

Buffalo Traffic Jam is a Bozeman, Montana, folk duo formed by Frankie Cassidy and Nathan Ross after they met at Montana State University. Their acoustic indie-folk sound pairs close harmonies and stripped-back instrumentation with songs shaped by longing, change and the ties that hold people together; “Forgot Your Roots,” “Fool’s Gold” and “Hanging on Hope” offer a taste of that storytelling. They’re joined by singer-songwriter Jack Van Cleaf, whose work moves between acoustic Americana and indie textures, including “Rattlesnake” and tracks from JVC. The pairing brings two distinct songwriting voices together around intimate, story-led songs.
