Dave Matthews Band

With songs like “Ants Marching,” “Satellite” and “Crash Into Me,” Dave Matthews Band built a sound that moves easily between intimate acoustic songwriting and expansive, rhythm-driven rock. Formed in Charlottesville, Virginia, the group blends folk, jazz and offbeat melodies, threading violin and saxophone through intricate arrangements and leaving room for improvisation. Their devoted touring community helped shape modern jam-band culture, while their 2024 induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame recognized their lasting influence. In concert, familiar songs can open into lively musical detours, giving the performance both a shared singalong spirit and a sense of discovery.
