Felonious Munk

Felonious Munk is a stand-up comedian, actor and social commentator whose comedy pairs sharp observations with an interest in politics, culture and the stories behind people’s choices. He appeared as a regular contributor on Comedy Central’s The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore, bringing his “Blegghead” character’s deliberately over-the-top intellectual persona to its commentary. Onstage, he also drew on personal history for Nothing to Lose, a Second City memoir-style show, and co-created Black Side of the Moon, a hit at Woolly Mammoth Theatre. His mix of pointed social commentary and personal storytelling gives his comedy room for both incisive ideas and unexpected laughs.
