Fruition

Portland-based Fruition blends Americana, folk, alt-country and rock, with three songwriters shaping songs around soaring three-part harmonies and an attentive rhythm section. The band’s nearly two-decade journey began with informal performances on West Coast street corners and festival campgrounds; its eighth studio album, Something More, brings that rootsy sound to songs including “Compass,” “Oh Well” and “Reason to Live.” With bright rhythms, closely woven vocals and songwriting that moves between reflection and release, Fruition offers a rich mix of intimate storytelling and full-band energy.
