Gaelic Storm

Gaelic Storm is a Celtic band whose spirited blend of Irish tradition, rock energy and colorful storytelling grew from its beginnings as a pub band in Santa Monica in the mid-1990s. The group reached a wider audience as the steerage musicians in "Titanic", performing “An Irish Party in Third Class.” Across its own catalog, lively instrumentals meet character-filled songs such as “Darcy’s Donkey” and “The Night I Punched Russell Crowe,” while accordion, fiddle, pipes and percussion bring a distinctive range of sounds. That mix of nimble tunes and wry tales gives the band’s music its easygoing, communal spirit.
