LiberTEA & Tour

You’ve heard about the Boston Tea Party but let’s learn more about tea’s role in the Revolutionary War while enjoying afternoon tea.

Apr 18, 2026. 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Join us for afternoon tea and a brief history lesson about the American Revolution. Beginning April 18th, 1775, with the battles of Lexington and Concord, the program will provide context about the taxation on tea and just why the Colonists were upset with the status quo over 250 years ago. Following the tea service, participants will be able to explore “Founding Fortunes,” a special exhibit for the America 250 celebration.
