The Manhattans Featuring Gerald Alston
Nov 28, 2026. Starting: 7:30 PM
The Manhattans featuring Gerald Alston bring the smooth harmonies and soulful storytelling of a group whose roots stretch back to 1962. Alston joined as lead singer in 1970, fronting the band through a defining run of hits, including the chart-topping ballad “Kiss and Say Goodbye” and the Grammy-winning “Shining Star.” Their catalog also includes “There’s No Me Without You” and “It Feels So Good to Be Loved So Bad,” songs that balance tender vocals with richly arranged R&B. The appeal lies in hearing these enduring melodies carried by the voice that helped make them classics.
