Matisyahu

Matisyahu brings together reggae, rock, hip-hop and Jewish spiritual themes in songs shaped by more than two decades of writing and touring. He broke through with the live album Live at Stubb’s and the crowd-ready “King Without a Crown”; “One Day” and “Jerusalem” further showcase his blend of rhythmic drive and searching lyrics. His 2025 album Ancient Child returns to questions of identity, history and hope, while reflecting his instinct to move between styles rather than settle into one. The appeal lies in that mix: buoyant grooves carrying lyrics with a thoughtful, personal edge.
