The Nth Power
Nov 01, 2026. Starting: 12:00 PM
The Nth Power is a soul-forward band whose roots reach back to a late-night jam during New Orleans’ 2012 Jazz Fest. The group brings together supple funk, gospel-tinged harmonies, jazz improvisation and West African percussion, shaping an expansive sound around songs of connection and uplift. Its albums include the debut Abundance, the Bob Marley tribute Rebel Music, and the 2026 release Never Alone; “Only Love” and “A New Day” offer inviting entry points into the band’s catalog. Expect grooves that leave room to stretch and surprise, with intricate rhythms and layered vocals at the heart of the experience.
