Perfect Liars Club

Perfect Liars Club is a live storytelling game built on a deceptively simple premise: four people share extraordinary personal stories, but only three are true. After listening, the audience gets to question the storytellers, weigh the clues and vote on who’s bluffing before the truth is revealed. Launched in Washington in 2013 by Layla McCay and Roz Campion, the show has also reached audiences in Tokyo and London, and has featured storytellers ranging from ambassadors and astrophysicists to first-time performers. The fun comes from the shifting balance between compelling tales, quick thinking and the crowd’s confidence in its own detective skills.
