Experience the Schubert 200 Project: Chapter I: The Beginning
Presented by Capital Keys Performing Arts Foundation, Schubert 200 is a nine-concert series celebrating the 200th anniversary of composer Franz Schubert's death in 2028. The opening concert, Chapter I: The Beginning, features three chamber works from different stages of Schubert's life: an early Violin Sonatina, the Arpeggione Sonata and the Trout Quintet. Led by Artistic Director Ham Chan and Professor Larissa Dedova, the series explores Schubert's complete chamber music with piano over three seasons, featuring musicians from the Washington, DC, area and guest artists.
