The Second Opinion with Dr. Sharon Malone Live Podcast Taping

Higher Ground, the production company founded by President Obama and Michelle Obama, will host a live taping of its new podcast, “The Second Opinion with Dr. Sharon.” The podcast, which will launch across platforms on October 6th, is a chat show for women to take back the conversation on health with straight talk, real experience, and the care they deserve. Hosted by Dr. Sharon Malone, a leading OB/GYN, Certified Menopause Practitioner, and perimenopausal expert with over 30 years of clinical experience, the show brings together vetted doctors, prominent advocates, and real patients to confront gaps in our healthcare system. 

Part storytelling and part health advocacy, the weekly show highlights dismissed symptoms, systemic failures, and the late-night questions women have been conditioned to keep quiet about. At this live taping, Dr. Malone’s guests will include Tamsen Fadal—an Emmy Award-winning journalist, author, and documentary filmmaker—and Jennifer Weiss-Wolf—an attorney, author, and Executive Director of the Birnbaum Women’s Leadership Center at NYU Law. Dr. Malone will also take time to answer health related questions from the audience.
