Sleep
Nov 17, 2026. Starting: 8:00 PM
Sleep’s slow, weighty riffs helped define stoner doom metal, turning repetition into a hypnotic, full-bodied force. The band’s landmark Sleep’s Holy Mountain and the sprawling, 63-minute Dopesmoker established its taste for Sabbath-rooted grooves and long-form journeys; The Sciences brought that sound back in 2018. Sleep now features singer and bassist Al Cisneros with guitarist Bubba Dupree of Void and drummer Dale Crover of the Melvins, and its 2026 return includes the new single “Have Spacesuit Will Travel.” Expect music built to unfold patiently, where a deep, steady pulse and massive guitar tones reward listeners who settle into the ride.
