Vienna Boys Choir
Dec 13, 2026. Starting: 4:00 PM
The Vienna Boys’ Choir is one of the world’s best-known children’s vocal ensembles, with a tradition reaching back to 1498, when Emperor Maximilian I established a choir for the Vienna court. Its four touring choirs carry that heritage into a wide-ranging repertoire spanning sacred works, classical music and folk songs from around the world; Haydn and Schubert, both former choirboys, are among the composers closely linked to its history. Recognized as part of Austria’s intangible cultural heritage, the ensemble brings centuries of choral tradition into focus through the clarity and expressive range of young voices.
