Founded in 2011, Capital City is a Washington, DC-area food brand known for its signature mambo sauce, a beloved staple of DC's local food culture. What started as a family recipe has grown into a nationally recognized brand, with products available in major retailers, airports, hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues.

Capital City offers meeting planners, catering companies, event organizers and hospitality professionals an authentic taste of Washington, DC through our retail, gifting and foodservice products.

Our signature mambo sauce is available in several sizes, including convenient 2 oz mini bottles for convention welcome bags, attendee gifts, hotel room drops and corporate gifting. We also supply larger foodservice formats, including gallons, for professional kitchens, catering companies, hotel dining, banquet operations, convention facilities and event venues.
