Meet the Team
Justin Estevez leads the recruitment, training, scheduling and management of a team of more than 150 event professionals supporting meetings, conventions and special events throughout Washington, DC.
He has a over 10 years of experience in hospitality, event operations and workforce development. During this time he has managed teams and events in New York City, Miami and Washington, DC. Prior to joining DDC, he founded and grew a boutique event staffing company specializing in luxury hospitality experiences and high-profile events.
Drawing on both entrepreneurial and large-scale event management experience, Justin is passionate about developing hospitality talent and helping clients create memorable events in the nation's capital. Outside of work, he trains in Muay Thai and kickboxing and proudly maintains an undefeated amateur record.
