Join us for an evening celebrating The Harmony Collection by The Macallan. This exclusive release, inspired by nature, features a distinctive single malt crafted with JING, influenced by Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea, and aged in sherry-seasoned oak casks. The result is a spirit with notes of peach and warm citrus, embodying balance, depth, and refinement. The evening features a live Bluefin Tuna carving by Chef Saran Kannasute, accompanied by an array of chef-curated passing bites. Guests will enjoy Scotch flights from the new Harmony Collection and two specialty tea-inspired cocktails, each designed to complement the evening's tasting experience. A live violin performance and DJ set guide the evening from tasting to celebration. Additional beverages will be available for purchase. This is a standing cocktail and tasting reception.
