Join us May 27 for Supras fourth Meet the Winemakers Dinner! Well be hosting pioneering winemakers John Wurdeman (Pheasants Tears) and Aidan Raftery (Igavi Wines) for a wine dinner hosted by Supra Owner Jonathan Nelms.
Well have five courses, paired with wines made by John & Aidan, plus a welcome glass (six pours total). These range from Igavis Vanis Chkhaveri, a light red-white blend described as a red wine for white-wine lovers to Pheasants Tears robust amber Rkatsiteli Tibaani. You will have the chance to buy more of their wines, at a discount, after the dinner!
The menu will include new dishes from our Spring Menu, including a Mushroom Tartine with Kakhetian Guda cheese, the classic Eggplant Nigvzit, our spectacular Saffron Duck with Savory Blackberry Sauce, and a Chocolate Mousse with Tarragon Cream & Tkemali Ice Cream!
