Meet the Winemakers – Georgian Wine-Tasting Dinner at Supra!

Join us May 27 for Supra’s fourth ‘Meet the Winemakers’ Dinner! We’ll be hosting pioneering winemakers John Wurdeman (Pheasant’s Tears) and Aidan Raftery (Igavi Wines) for a wine dinner hosted by Supra Owner Jonathan Nelms.

We’ll have five courses, paired with wines made by John & Aidan, plus a welcome glass (six pours total). These range from Igavi’s Vanis Chkhaveri, a light red-white blend described as “a red wine for white-wine lovers” to Pheasant’s Tears’ robust amber Rkatsiteli Tibaani. You will have the chance to buy more of their wines, at a discount, after the dinner!

The menu will include new dishes from our Spring Menu, including a Mushroom Tartine with Kakhetian Guda cheese, the classic Eggplant Nigvzit, our spectacular Saffron Duck with Savory Blackberry Sauce, and a Chocolate Mousse with Tarragon Cream & Tkemali Ice Cream!

We’ll pair each of these dishes thoughtfully with one of John’s or Aidan’s incredible wines, bringing out the best in the wine in the glass and the offerings on the plate! Get your tickets here.
