Story Time: Construction Site Taking Flight

Learn how construction vehicles help at an airport.

Thursdays, Now - Jun 25, 2026. 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Learn how construction vehicles like belt loaders and snowplows help to build airport runways and clear snow. This wonderful story by Sherri Duskey Rinker with rhyming text and vibrant illustrations invites us to learn how helping others is fun.

After the story, we will play some games that help us learn about taking turns.

Story Time and Museum Admission are free. Timed-entry passes are required and may be reserved at https://airandspace.si.edu.

Sponsored by the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation.
