Summer 2026 Group Trip to Georgia
Summer Wine & More runs from June 24 to July 5, 2026, and invites guests to join Supra Owner Jonathan Nelms and Super-Guide Tamara on a 12-day journey through Georgia, the birthplace of wine, khinkali, and khachapuri, where hospitality is practically a religion. Travelers will explore Tbilisi—described by National Geographic as the world’s most Bohemian city—enjoying wine bars, chacha, diverse dining, and shopping from fashion to funky flea markets, before heading into wine country in Kakheti for vineyard and cellar tours, dining at the iconic Pheasant’s Tears with polyphonic singers Zedashe, and activities like beer tasting and horseback riding. The journey continues through western Georgia to experience distinctive regional winemaking styles, watch a master qvevri-maker at work, browse vibrant farmers markets, and explore the cave city of Uplistsikhe, followed by time in the mountain region of Svaneti—Mestia, Ushguli, and beyond—where guests will visit and dine in Svan homes, learn about the area’s unique history, cuisine, language, and music, and hike to the Chalaadi Glacier. The trip concludes back in Tbilisi with a visit to Sisa Tura Ethno Village, a final lunch and wine tasting, free time to shop at places like the legendary Dry Bridge Market, and a farewell Supra filled with toasts and songs.
