Uncle Kunkels One Gram Band

Uncle Kunkel’s One Gram Band is a five-piece Baltimore group that blends alternative rock with funk and freewheeling jam-band energy. Funky drums and percussion, melodic guitar, soaring organ and synth, and moving bass lines give the band room to shift from dark, heavy grooves to open-ended improvisation. Their live EP, Punk Jams, captures some of that anything-can-happen spirit, while their 2026 full-length Hear Say brings together songs shaped by connection, self-trust, and letting go. With the musicians feeding off one another in the moment, each performance invites listeners into the unfolding groove.
