The Wood Brothers
Dec 10, 2026 - Dec 11, 2026. See website for event times
Brothers Oliver and Chris Wood bring distinct musical paths together in The Wood Brothers, a Nashville-based trio completed by percussionist and multi-instrumentalist Jano Rix. Their progressive Americana draws on folk, blues, gospel, jazz and rock, pairing Oliver’s vivid songwriting with Chris’s bass and vocals and Rix’s inventive arrangements. Since their 2006 debut, Ways Not to Lose, the band has built a catalog that includes One Drop of Truth, nominated for a Grammy for Best Americana Album, and the 2025 release Puff of Smoke. Expect songs shaped by close interplay, lyrical wit and a willingness to let familiar roots sounds wander somewhere unexpected.
