Owned by macaron-lover and entrepreneur, Ana Claudia Lopez, the kitchen is led by former Executive Chef of the French Embassy, Chef Mark Courseille.
Olivia Macaron makes custom macarons for events, gifts and celebrations. It has shops in Washington DC’s historic Georgetown neighborhood and in Tysons, Virginia, delivers locally and ships nationwide.
