Associates serving as registration agents, room monitors, ticket takers, ushers, directionals, onsite managers, and coordinators, providing support at a client's meeting or event location.
Pre-Conference Project Management
Coordination of tasks prior to the meeting, including bag badge stuffing, as well as management of speakers, AV, FB, exhibits, invoicing, transportation, airport meet greets, accommodations, decor/room sets and more.
Staff Augmentation
Temporary and temp-to-perm, placement of meeting event professionals who work in a client's office to fill an immediate need within the client's meetings department or company.
