- Chinese language content on website
- Accept any forms of Chinese payment
- Audio tour in Chinese
- Chinese food/drink options (if applicable)
- Free Wi-Fi
- Signage in Chinese
- Chinese subtitles on videos
- Chinese social media accounts (WeChat/Weibo)
- Have at least one Mandarin speaking staff member
