The Science of Sparkling Wine

Expect fascinating wine science, memorable stories, and practical tips you can use at your next celebration.

Jun 27, 2026. From: 04:00 PM to 06:00 PM

Sip, sparkle, and discover at The Science of Sparkling Wine, an interactive tasting experience designed to help you sip with confidence and deepen your appreciation for the world's most celebratory wines. Whether you're a devoted Champagne enthusiast, a Prosecco fan, or simply curious about what makes sparkling wine so special, this bubbly afternoon is equal parts education, exploration, and fun.

You'll be guided by Camille, Founder of The Wine Zen and your certified wine educator for the event. Her mission? To make wine knowledge approachable, engaging, and enjoyable for everyone. Through a curated tasting flight of four sparkling wines from around the world, you'll learn what creates those delicate bubbles, how different production methods influence flavor and texture, and how to taste sparkling wine like a pro.

In honor of Pride Month, all featured wines will be selected from LGBTQ+ winemakers and producers, highlighting the diversity and creativity shaping today's wine world.

Your ticket includes a guided tasting flight of four sparkling wines and an interactive educational experience. Come ready to sip, learn, ask questions, and connect with fellow wine lovers. You'll leave with new tasting skills, a deeper understanding of sparkling wine, and a few new favorite bottles to seek out.

Ticket Price: $35 per person

Raise a glass, celebrate the season, and discover the science behind the sparkle. Cheers! 🥂
