The National Museum of Asian Art is dedicated to advancing public knowledge about the arts and cultures of Asia through exhibitions, publications, research and education.

As part of the Smithsonian Institution, the National Museum of Asian Art is dedicated to advancing public knowledge about the arts and cultures of Asia through exhibitions, publications, research and education. The museum is located at 1050 Independence Avenue SW and is open every day except Dec. 25. Hours are from 10 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., and admission is free. Group tours by appointment.
