A great steak is the foundation of who we are. This begins with the craftsmanship dedicated to our in-house, dry-aging program. Climate-controlled aging rooms allow the cuts of meat - from traditional cuts to harder to find steaks like A5 Kobe Beef and New Frontier Bison Ribeye - to tenderize to perfection before they are butchered in-house and cooked precisely to order.
Complementing our focus on our steaks is a well-curated wine list boasting more than 400 bottles and of course our trademark hospitality. We bring each guest into our home like family, offering a dining experience truly unmatched in the city.
