Jarabe Gourmet Pops

Jarabe which means "syrup" in Spanish is an inspiration from my childhood upbringings. With a modern touch, Jarabe hopes to showcase the best of Mexico and Latin America while recreating some of our childhood best sweets. Our services include:

Pop Bar: With a variety of flavors to choose from, including our notorious alcoholic-infused boozy paletas, this is perfect for any special occasion - weddings, quinceañeras, birthday celebrations, corporate events, bar/bat mitzvahs, launch parties, graduations.

Pop Truck: We also collaborate with local businesses and non-profit organizations that would like for us to pop-up at an event/location. This option is perfect for any business either interested in complementing their menu with some paletas, attracting some foot traffic to their store, or fighting for a good cause.
