Performers include the Grammy award-winning Black Eagle Singers, The Washington Tattoo Massed Highland Fling, The Washington Tattoo Massed Pipes and Drums, Washinton Scottish Pipe Band, The Doughboy Foundation American Expeditionary Forces Headquarters Band, OzScot Highland Dance, Fling Together Collective, Sergeant Major (Retired) Christal Rheams, and performing groups from the U.S. military.
