Ryan Goodcase

Ryan Goodcase is a stand-up comedian whose sharp writing lands with a notably dry, understated delivery. He became the youngest comedian to win the World Series of Comedy in 2019, then claimed the 45th San Francisco International Comedy Competition in 2021. His work ranges from the full-length special Maybe They’re Dead to a set in Netflix Is a Joke Fest’s “Introducing…” showcase; he has also appeared in a series of comedic commercials as an apathetic Bed, Bath & Beyond employee. Goodcase’s quietly awkward perspective gives his jokes room to sneak up on you, making the contrast between his calm delivery and clever turns a distinctive part of the fun.
