District Winery Wine Pairing Dinner
Join us in our waterfront private dining room as Executive Chef Christian Fischhuber and Winemaker Phil Arras guide you through a six-course culinary experience, with each course perfectly paired with District Winery wines.
Chef Fischhuber brings a wealth of culinary experience to District Winery, from his time working at Michelin-starred restaurants in Austria, to overseeing fine-dining establishments in California, to opening restaurants in New York & London. His cooking style is influenced by his international experience, utilizing European technique with comfort and modern creativity in mind.
Winemaker Phil Arras discovered his love for winemaking while studying at Cornell University. Soon after, he began his career in the Finger Lakes developing his own philosophies on growing grapes, blending, and fermentation. Throughout his tenure in the Finger Lakes, Phil produced 15-24 different varietals from sparking to Cabernet Sauvignon and oversaw production on 6,000-8,000 cases of wine annually. Over 40 of his wines were recognized by Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Wine & Spirits.
Please arrive at 6:00pm to check in and enjoy a complimentary glass of Blanc de Blancs. Dinner will begin promptly at 6:30pm.
