The greatest change comes from within you.
Journey: The Year That Changes Everything is a year-long guide to awareness, reflection, and personal growth from #1 New York Times bestselling author, Time 100 Creator, meditator, and modern poet, Yung Pueblo.
To transform your life, you must go on an inward journey to uncover two of the greatest prizes a human being can have: self-awareness and inner peace. Both emerge from a deep state of balance, expressed in the visible world by the four major elements:
Fire – the element of ambition, transformation, energy, and understanding boundaries – helps you work through the anxiousness and uncertainty that come up as you steel yourself for change.
Air – the element of motion, freedom, self-awareness, and skillfulness – guides you as you move forward and take flight.
Earth – the element of stability, self-care, steadiness, and nourishment – is all about training. You need to continue the work so change can be lasting.
Water – the element of letting go, generosity, and adaptability – is about feeling balance and being in a place to unlock new opportunities, relationships, and a new understanding of yourself.
Pueblo will be in conversation with Alex Elle, a New York Times bestselling author, wellness educator, and restorative writing teacher whose work explores self-discovery, healing, joy, and meaningful connection. Elle is the author most recently of The Company We Keep.
