The Guest House is a private, luxury hospitality space designed for leadership retreats, executive trainings, team-builders and corporate lodging.
Set in a private town home in central Washington D.C., The Guest House is the perfect space for the relationship-building experiences of senior executives including leadership retreats, executive trainings, team builders and corporate lodging. With over 2,000 square feet of space that features a boardroom lounge with break-out suites, flexible furniture configurations, state-of-the-art technological infrastructure, an expansive courtyard patio and private roof deck, The Guest House can accommodate virtually any small-meeting requirement. Drawing inspiration from its location in LeDroit Park in the shadow of Howard University, The Guest House celebrates the legacy of black excellence in Washington D.C. The business is a proudly black-owned and operated space where all are welcome, one intimate guest experience at a time.
The Guest House is committed to the following values: world class excellence, opportunity expansion, artistic expression, sanctuary and community. We hope that our guests are inspired by the featured stories of African-American luminaries who called LeDroit Park home in the first half of the 20th century in the shadow of Howard University. We partner with black-owned and women-owned businesses who power our unique customer experience, our walls are adorned with the fine art of visual artists of color who our guests are invited to patronize, and we make every effort to offer sanctuary to our guests while growing and supporting the community at large.
